THINK Recruitment specialises in Manager, Head and Director level roles. We take the time to understand you, your organisation and your needs. We provide specialist knowledge of the sector and all types of fundraising, and offer extensive reach. Our Recruitment Manager Jo McGuinness is a passionate advocate for ethical recruitment practices in the sector. Under her leadership THINK Recruitment will:

  • Support clients to clearly articulate essential and desirable criteria.
  • Work proactively to attract a diverse candidate pool.
  • Design selection processes that truly consider the candidate.
  • Provide clear feedback to successful and unsuccessful candidates.

Our offer to clients

THINK Recruitment works on a retainer basis, which guarantees you our full attention, with fixed fees of £10,000 plus VAT for Director level roles, £8,000 plus VAT for Head level roles and £6,000 plus VAT for Manager level roles.

Focusing on the target market, THINK employs a mix of direct approaches and targeted advertising to attract suitable, sometimes non-traditional, candidates. Identifying and finding talent today is more complex than ever. Email blasts and adverts on industry job boards no longer cut it. A modern recruiter must market the job wherever the candidate is and clients need a recruiter who understands segmentation, targeting and relationship building.

Our consultancy team is packed full of subject matter experts who we can draw in to review job descriptions, person specifications and interview questions. Our experts can even speak to candidates as they prepare for their interview with you.

Once we place a candidate our support doesn’t stop. To help candidates succeed in role, every person placed by THINK is entitled to attend a FREE taster session at a relevant THINK Forum and get 3 free coaching sessions from our expert coach, Matt Middler, in their first 6 months.
