Walking Scotland

Walking Scotland were keen to diversify its income to ensure future sustainability and to expand project delivery.  We undertook a feasibility study to assess the organisational readiness, the strategic direction of fundraising and the type of resource required.
 
This work was delivered through interviews with key stakeholders, a review of documents and the production of case studies of relevant comparator organisations.  

The recommendations made have given the charity clarity on the strategic direction of fundraising, the resource required and the dependencies to ensure success.
