Steven White
Data analysis specialist who draws insights from fundraising data to drive better decisions.
Steve’s expertise
Steve specialises in all things data from data health, data analysis and data strategy for charities. His analytical work uncovers the truth behind supporter trends, enabling charities to improve decision-making with data evidence. He believes decisions should guide that way forward with data, not the other way around.
Steve’s background
Steve has worked with data across the commercial and UK charity sectors for over 35 years. In the 1990s at British Airways, Steve was the marketing database specialist on the loyalty programme.
Since the early 2000s, Steve’s career path has specialised on database marketing for charities, including as a co-founder of the agency Wood for Trees. Since 2016, Steve joined Marie Curie as Head of Insight and more recently as the Lead of the Supporter Insight team at Alzheimer’s Society. Steve’s latest journey is as the THINK Director of Data, to meet the growing demand for charity data solutions.
