Emma spent more than a decade in marketing before moving into the charity sector in 2014. At PDSA, she led individual giving and strategic cross-team projects. Most recently, she was Commercial Director at Gordon Moody, overseeing income, engagement and external affairs. She brings more than 20 years’ experience and a passion for data-led, practical change.
