Matt leads THINK’s work on innovation, transformation and digital change. He specialises in cross-organisational strategy, product development and helping teams work in smarter, more sustainable ways. He supports organisations to explore new ideas, test bold thinking and make confident, data-informed decisions that lead to meaningful impact.
Matt’s background
Matt started his fundraising career in events and mass participation, before moving into innovation and strategy. He joined THINK in 2020 and became Managing Director in 2024. Alongside his consulting work, he’s supported clients in interim leadership roles and brings board-level perspective as a charity trustee.
