- There are four half-day sessions per year. We are encouraging in person attendance but joining virtually is always an option.
- Each session is based around a ‘big topic’ – something members want to dig deep into, kicking off with an external speaker sharing their thoughts and experience and moving onto a member roundtable to ask questions and share ideas
- A member case study – a chance for one of the members to share something they believe others can learn from. This could feature anything from introducing a new product or programme to sharing how a team has secured a transformational partnership
- Highlights, Headaches and Horizons – a round table session that gives members the chance to share successes, challenges and future plans. The challenges often feature as future big topic sessions.
- In addition, we will host additional drop-in sessions throughout the year – a series of virtual breakfast or lunch events featuring additional guest speakers covering hot topics and roundtable discussion.
- While set sessions provide moments in time to discuss key topics, members share ideas , get advice and moral support from other members and Forum hosts all year round, posting questions and seeking feedback where collective brainpower can add real value.
